How It Works:

After you place your order, we’ll contact you within 2–4 days to gather your reference photos. Ideal photos are:

• Clear, eye-level, and well-lit

• Showing your pet’s face in detail

• Multiple angles help us capture their unique features

Each portrait takes 4–6 weeks to complete, as we carefully layer wool by hand to match your pet’s likeness and spirit.
